1. you are much safer to just pay with paypal or with cashiers check. I wouldn't do band deposit express, I've never heard of that and I've been on ebay for over 5+ years, avid seller and buyer
2. Well use paypal if you want to be safe, I'm pretty sure it is safe, but it defines on your idea of safe. Really... Because You can get ripped off, like the guy who bought and xbox and got a box with and 'X' painted on it.
