which aussie bank offers the highest interest rates in term deposits?

Ive been looking around for good interest rates on term deposits lately although many of the good ones ask you to open up a seperate account that needs you to pay account keeping fees monthly? which banks offers the highest interest rates without monthly fees because im starting to save of next month for the next 5 years and i am 18 at the moment?
